What DevStack is

DevStack is a directory of New Zealand property development tools, datasets and council resources, with editorial commentary from the operator. It is published for general information and to help working developers find what they need faster.

What DevStack isn't

The site is not legal advice, financial advice, planning advice, tax advice or valuation advice. Nothing on it is a recommendation to buy, sell, build or consent any specific site. You can read, link to and reference DevStack pages freely for non-commercial use. If you want to republish or syndicate content, ask first. You may not: scrape the site to compete with it, present DevStack content as your own, use the brand or wordmark without permission, or use the site in any way that breaks NZ law.
